1. How to Make an Origami Jumping Frog

2. Step 1 Start with a sheet of paper. You can use ordinary computer paper, colored paper, or origami paper.

3. Step 2 Fold one corner diagonally down to the opposite edge.

4. Step 3 Open it back up and fold the paper on the other diagonal.

5. Step 4 Trim any extra paper outside of the square you just made, as show. Skip this step if you are already using a square paper.

6. Step 5 Open the square back up and fold it backwards, across the intersection of the two diagonal lines.

7. Step 6 Open the paper again and push in the sides

8. Step 7 Form a triangle.

9. Step 8 Fold the outside corner up to the top point.

10. Step 9 Fold the other corner up.

11. Step 10 Fold the new corner in, towards the center line.

12. Step 11 Fold the other corner in towards the center.

13. Step 12 Now fold the top corners back out, until the edge is even with the edge underneath.

14. Step 13 Repeat folding the top corners, as shown on the last slide, except on the other side.

15. Step 14 Turn the page over.

16. Step 15 Fold the outer corners toward you, into the center.

17. Step 16 Fold the outer corners back out, so that they’re even with the outside edges. You’re almost done!

18. Step 17 Fold the frog in half.

19. Step 18 Turn the frog over so the legs are facing away from you. Now fold those in half so it looks like the picture.

20. Step 19 Ribbit!
