Above mentioned legal documents the registrars receive in a documentary form or act (EXCEPT E-BIRTHS). According to legislation the data on a document are entered into RSC, the document itself is stored in an archive to RSC. The document gets its number, which is automatically generated with the comfirmation of civil status fact in RSC.

Options of storing collections of documents – that are legal basis for entries. Quicker procedure – changes could be entered almost at the same time that occurred. Reductions of possibilities of mistakes – which could happen due to transcribing data from the document.

15 Connection with all applicants of death (hospitals, medical homes, homes for the elderly, etc.) Connection with social work centers Connection with courts VI. VISION OF FUTURE 1. APPLICATION OF DEATH 1. RECOGNITION OF FATHERHOOD 2. ADOPTIONS 3. GUARDIANSHIP 1. CESSATION OF MARRIAGE 2. FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY 3. PARENTAL RIGHT 4. JUDICIAL ESTABLISHMENT OF DEATH DEATH 5.
