6. About the unit “Women’s work?” This unit is about housework and how it is assigned for women to do. It also discusses the difference between who did chores in the past and who does them nowadays. It also implies the idea that men and women should share housework. The unit introduces a poem, which gives a sarcastic overview of some TV ads in which producers of some cleaning products try to make housework look like an easy and funny job, just to sell their products, while it never is.
