9  Bid for 2016 District Conference to commemorate 100 years of Rotary in Port Arthur & Ft William  Port Arthur Rotary’s 90 th anniversary – in conjunction with Canada Clubs Polio Plus dinner in February  Identify/initiate International Project – currently exploring possibility of project in Latin America that would involve a grant - stay tuned for future news  Oktoberfest – October 11, 2013 – CLE Coliseum

10  Highway Cleanup will be moved to a location in town – to be announced later  Five S’s might also include:  Socializing more at tables  Sharing – members share short reports of interest on recent trips, events, etc. in their personal lives  Significant matters concerning club, Canada Clubs, District or RI/TRF - inductions, PHF’s or other special recognitions – members’ biographies - news, reports and education etc.
