17 Device acquaintance and training Users are given time to use the device without any specific goals Users are shown how to use the device for the purpose of the course / project

19 Device acquaintance and training Allow the teacher to “play”

20 Device acquaintance and training Allow the students to “play”

21 Device acquaintance and training Don’t show the users how to use the apps

23 Device acquaintance and training Let the teacher show students how to use the apps

24 Updates and maintenance Updates and maintenance are performed as needed locally (partial maintenance remotely)

27 Updates and maintenance Some things can be done using cloud-based MDM systems

28 Upon return Data can be backed up locally if necessary Devices are wiped to remove data privacy concerns
