Great Expectations!!! Expectation 1: We will value one another as unique and special individuals. Expectation 2: We will not laugh at or make fun of another person’s mistakes nor use sarcasm or putdowns. Expectation 3: We will use good manners saying, “please,” “thank you,”and “excuse me” and allow others to go first. Expectation 4: We will cheer each other to success. Expectation 5: We will help one another whenever possible. Expectation 6: We will recognize every effort and applaud it. Expectation 7: We will encourage each other to do our best. Expectation 8: We will practice virtuous living using the life principles. Library News Our book Fair was a huge success! Thank you to all who supported the library. We will have some new books soon! Thank you to the volunteers who worked: Jennifer Albert, Pam Vanderburg, Kelly Porter, JoJo White, and Tonya Borden. It wouldn’t be such a great event without the extra help. News *Empire Public Schools is also on facebook…Go like our page to stay updated on things not mentioned in the newsletter!!! Please join us in the library the 3rd Tuesday of every 3:15. Children are welcome to come to the meetings. The parents involvement is fundamental in the students success!!! *****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***** Parents: Please do not drop your child off before 7:30am. Our teachers do not begin duty until 7:30 and our cafeteria does not serve breakfast until then. If your child rides a bus to and from school please remind them no food or drinks allowed. Please call the office for ANY bus changes
