17 Morphologic Diagnosis  N ecrotizing bronchiolitis, subacute, multifocal, moderate to severe, with large, basophilic, intranuclear inclusions (etiology consistent with Adenovirus) and rare eosinophilic intranuclear and intracytoplasmic inclusions (etiology consistent with Morbillivirus), lung.  Interstitial pneumonia, fibrinous and suppurative, subacute, diffuse, moderate with large, basophilic, intranuclear inclusions consistent with adenovirus, lung.
