Short Term Outcomes/Results Changes in: Knowledge Attitudes Skills Aspirations Concrete and measurable Directly linked to the project Should be attainable between 1-3 years, evaluated frequently

A way to approach logic models The mission of (my program or project) Is to produce/provide (activities/products) To/for (target audience) So that they (short term outcomes/learning) And will be able to (mid term outcomes/application) Resulting ultimately in (long term outcomes or change to the issue)

From outcome to indicator Short term objective: Youth who participate in the program increase their physical activity. Short term indicator: Youth who participate in the program will increase their physical activity by 50% as measured by activity journals that are kept throughout the program.
