The game information in this screen is updated in real time. As soon as a change is made to any game it is automatically reflected in the information displayed to anyone accessing the web.

This is particularly helpful when trying to determine whether a game has been cancelled or delayed due to weather before driving a long distance. As soon as a field coordinator marks the game cancelled, everyone sees it in the display. The entire game displays in bright red, as indicated in the next slide.

This screen shows how a game displays when it has been cancelled. It is hard to miss. Having this information available to all players and parents as soon as the decision is made should make communication much easier.

The Arbiter Site Also Provides Directions After viewing a team schedule on line, if you are not sure where the game is being played, i.e. an away site, if you place your mouse on the site name link, which is in blue, and click on it, a map quest dialog box with directions to the site will automatically display, as shown in the next several slides.

For example, to find Legion Stadium, the home site of the Hammerheads, for the game on 6-25-05 when the Elite play the Hammerheads, click on the blue Legion Stadium link as indicated by the arrow and box below. Click mouse here

When you click on the site link a totally interactive map quest window will open displaying the site location.
