Our selection procedure consists of interviewing, evaluating and assessing candidates on the basis of their motivation level and commitment.  The basic Franchise requirements are the 3 C’s:

Likewise, an initial investment/capital is required to roll out an impressive Lithi Centre that compliments the standards of quality maintained by the brand worldwide. Without appropriate capital, momentum may be lost and the entire business will be put to risk. Certain basic requirements for setting up a Lithi Center which will need an initial investment include:  Furniture and Fixtures  Gym work with Interior Fall Sealing.  Equipment and Appliances  Machinery Equipment's.  Medical Appliances.

5. Franchise System:  Franchise Fee And Royalties The calculations for Franchise Fee and Royalty are simple and transparent. Franchise Fee is based on the potential of a location /city. Monthly Royalty payments equal to a fixed percentage of the collections.

6.  Loyalty Fee As mentioned above, it is a fixed percentage of the net monthly sales realized, and is payable each month by the Franchise to the Franchisor.  Franchise Fee o It is a one-time payment in consideration for the granting of the Franchise. o Franchise is granted for an initial period of five years. o This covers the cost of Location Approval as well as Initial Training of the Staff and Management of the Franchisee. o Greeting of Franchise gives the Franchisee the right to use Lithi Brand Name and Lithi’s Standard.

11.  Professional and Technical Support  Lithi provides professional and technical support to Franchisees all through the association:  Site Selection:  This is the first step for a franchisee after signing the agreement and depositing the agreement fee. Site location is important in our business, much effort and care goes into the selection of the proper site. A site may be approved after a physical visit and inspection by one of the lithi officials or even by going through the description and photographs provided by the franchisee.

12.  Staff Recruitment: Lithi stays involved in the recruitment procedure. Once the advertisement for the recruitment of staff is released and the initial screening of candidates is done by the franchisee,lithi’s team of experts step for the final selection of the short-listed candidates.  Staff Trainings: To ensure adherence to the high quality standards set by lithi, we provide initial training to select members of the staff of the franchise on our products, services, center operations, client handling, sales and marketing at no extra cost.

13.  Centre Launch: Launching a center is not an easy task; its initial performance sets the course for future success. Lithi guides franchisees with the launch of the unit by providing appropriate marketing strategies and plans to handle operations. Collaterals and designs are also provided to the franchisee.  Equipment: Lithi strives to provide superior quality, consistent services throughout its centers. To this effect, lithi provides a list of basic equipment required for a franchise center in order to ensure service availability and efficient space utilization. A List of lithi’s preferred vendors is provided to franchisees.

14.  Marketing Support: Lithi has developed time tested marketing strategies, following which we offer guidance to our franchisees for effective marketing and promotion of services. All collaterals and ad designs are provided to the franchisees. 17.  Filling Up Of Franchise Application: The Franchise application form can be obtained from our Franchise Development Department or it can be downloaded online. This form shall contain enough information to give us an insight into the aspiring franchisee.  Review of Franchise Application: Each Application form is thoroughly reviewed by the management to assess prospective franchise partners and their particulars to be able to benefit mutually from the venture.

18.  Review of the Financial Capability: Financial soundness is imperative to be able to set up a successful franchise. The entire business model is explained to the applicant in detail and questions are invited and answered.  Approval of the Franchisee: The final seal of approval is put only after establishing a complete understanding of the business and its norms between both the parties. The senior Management of the company may also be involved in the process at this stage.

20.  Signing the Agreement: The final agreement is signed at lithi’s corporate office where the prospective Franchise Partner is introduced to all the departmental heads and key personnel for better coordination and collaboration in the future.  Awarding the Franchisee License: Finally, the Franchise License is awarded to the franchisee, which makes him/her a member of the ever- prospering lithi family. The know-how of standard operating procedures too in handed over at this stage.
