HQ is developing the GAM portal to facilitate sales activities of subs. The ultimate goal of the GAM portal is to build a unified communication arena for a global account customer, and also streamline their orders on Samsung’s products.
Many global accounts want global pricing and globally identical service and warranty. At the same time, they want globally unified terms and conditions, and also internet-based e-order system and order history management service. Samsung does not have this system at this moment.
Professionals from all the GBMs and Business Innovation Team are working on this, and we expect we can open the GAM portal by coming November.
