27 PrivateEYE from GeoForce PrivateEYE Leak Survey Based on Leak Survey Area and a Leak Survey Type(usually 5 year or Annual) Interfaces with GeoHawkLT2.0 to locate the Survey Area, thus eliminating the need for a Survey Map Tracks the Date the Survey was Completed, the number of Grade 1, 2, and 3 Leaks found during the Survey. Reschedules the Survey Area for next Survey

29 PrivateEYE from GeoForce PrivateEYE Leak Survey Performing the Leak Survey Entry on the Leak Survey Maintenance Form Enter when the Leak Survey was completed Enter the number of Leaks found during the survey Again, as before select your criteria, and press the Search Button Locate the Survey for this year, enter the date completed and number of each grade of Leak Press the Save Button Now lets return to the Leak Survey Maintenance Form PrivateEYE has tracked the survey results and scheduled it for it’s next Survey Double click on the History and enter notes Grade 1 Leak repaired immediately, entered into PrivateEYE Leak Tracking and Scheduled for Reevaluation.

30 PrivateEYE from GeoForce PrivateEYE Leak Tracking 1.Leaks are Entered on the Leak Tracking Maintenance Form 2.Information is based on Grade of Leak, which sets the Repair, Repair Deadline, Reevaluation, and Reevaluation Deadline Dates 3.History on the Leak is maintained, so reentry when reevaluation is performed does not require reentry.

31 PrivateEYE from GeoForce PrivateEYE Leak Tracking Leak Tracking Maintenance Form Since the Leak is a Grade 1 Leak, it is scheduled for repair immediately. Now lets Place the Leak Using GeoHawkLT. Press the. Icon and then click GeoHawkLT where the Leak Occurred. Now lets change the Leak to a Grade 2 Leak We see that the Reevaluation Date and Deadline are set for 6 months in the future, the Reevaluation Date can be changed to any date from the Reported Date to the Deadline
