 Divide your paper horizontally at one third from the top and mark two vanishing points at each end of the line.

 Construction Lines are used for placement and need to be drawn lightly as parts of the line will be erased latter. Add a vertical construction line one quarter from the right of the page.

 The two vanishing points are at each end of the horizon line. Pick a top and bottom point on your first construction line. This will determine the height of your first building. Then draw connecting construction lines.

 Draw construction lines for two streets, two sidewalks, and curbs for each. This is a total of three additional construction lines.

 Remember as distance increases, space decreases in the drawing, This happens in height as well as from foreground to background. Draw construction lines accordingly. Complete both sides.
