A boy named Andy is shanked by a member of the Guardians because Andy was a Royal.
He is seen by many people but is ignored because people don’t want to get involved
Eventually he is found and helped but it was too late.

3. Literary Devices
Foreshadowing – When he begins to think of Laura and wonders if he will see her again, then she is the one who tries the most to help him.
Personification – “tears jumped into his eyes” and we all know that tears can’t jump.

4. Characters
Andy – A member of the Royals, who is stabbed in an alleyway.
Drunk – A character that is not that important and is not help to Andy at all
Laura – Andy’s girlfriend who is the one who eventually tries to help him.
Angela and Freddie – A couple who thinks of helping Andy but don’t.
Cop – Didn’t care about Andy being dead because he was simply a “royal”

5. Climax Like all stories, this story has a climax
The climax of this story is when Laura finds him.

6. Freytag Climax: Laura Finds Andy!
-> Fredie and Angela Find Andy but don’t help.
-> Andy thinks about Laura.
-> Drunk finds Andy but does nothing.
Andy Dies and the cop comes but won’t help simply because Andy was a royal.
