STRESS ASSESSMENT How you choose to live and think! ½ of our troubles are because we say YES too soon, and we don’t say NO soon enough. Decisions bring Consequences! You can’t make bad choices and expect to avoid CONSEQUENCES!

STRESS ASSESSMENT List the top 5 stressors you are currently experiencing in your life. Examples: money, relationships, health, time, school, kids, etc. Be as specific as possible. How many of these stressors are things you have control over? (Locus of Control) How does your body respond to these stressors? (Physical symptoms) Is your current stress “spice” or “arsenic” for you? What coping skills do you currently use to deal with your stress? Are these techniques effective for you? Are they healthy? What are better coping techniques you might use?
