1. STUDENT AND PARENT SCHOOL CLIMATE SURVEY 2012-2013 LAKESIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL

2. INTRODUCTION Two surveys were made available. One to students and one to parents. Using Google Drive, responses were tallied from 128 Parent participants and 879 Student participants. Because survey participants were able to check more than one box, the percentages are broken down by decimals to accurately represent the results using a pie chart for a more simple representation of data results.

CONCLUSIONS Questions where less than 50% agreement or Don’t Know was selected as a majority, certainly deserve a second look for consideration by all as areas that can be improved for furtherance of the improvement of school operations. Most participants agreed or strongly agreed in the majority of all categories and questions, indicating that the participants believe that this is a strong school with a strong faculty.
