It tracks your day to day activity patterns and evens gives great tips on how you can be healthier. It gives in-depth information on sleeping patterns and suggests how to sleep better. It’s like having your own personal health coach.

It’s sleek and stylish made of hypoallergenic rubber swirl rubber and comes in 3 sizes, S,M,L, available in various colors It is sweat proof. It has a syncing button on one end of the band for setting up a Bluetooth connection and it switches between day and night. While the other end has the cap that hides away the charging connector. You need a smart phone for a quick review of the data collected by the Jawbone Up24 it includes 2 green LEDs that light up either as a moon or flower to indicate the tracking state. The built in accelerometer counts your step. The battery lasts for 14days.
