25 Helpful HintsAfter 30 minutes of inactivity on any web page, you will automatically be logged out.After your price change is confirmed, record the Transaction Control Number (TCN).This number can be used later to check the status of that particular transaction.Please use the Search History option to check the status of each of your price changes.Status will be one of the following:Approved - your price change has been approvedRejected- your price change was rejectedSubmitted -your price change has been submitted, but not yet processedReceived and In Process - your price change has been submitted, and is being processed by DeCA computer systemsNot Processed Due to Internal Error- there was an error with your price change thatprevented it from being processed successfully. Price changes in this statusneed to be resubmitted; if the error persists, contact Customer Support.Web Pricing System has been tested with Internet Explorer 7 and above.
26 Account Security Guidelines User accounts are locked after 3 failed login attempts.User accounts are locked after 30 days of inactivity.User accounts are disabled after 60 days of inactivity.User accounts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity.User account passwords expire after 60 days.Remember to login on a regular basis to keep your account active and to avoid any adverse action being taken against your account.
