4 4 4 Recap and Reminders Recap: Last week, during the CCIS provider training we: Discussed the overview, history, and background of OAT. Focused on the provider side of OAT invoice submission. Conducted the walk-through of Provider Self Service Online Attendance Tracking Captivate simulation. Provided comprehensive list of available OAT training materials available (also available in today’s presentation). Provided specific descriptions and links for provider specific training materials. Reminders: Make it a priority to become comfortable and familiar with provider processes. If providers approach CCISs with questions and/or concerns that CCISs are unsure about, please direct their calls to the ELN Help Desk (877-491-3818). If CCISs have questions and/or concerns, please follow the established CCW process. Please feel free to begin promoting OAT to the Providers in your area.

Online Help is a comprehensive reference tool that details all aspects of the PELICAN system, with specific files (3) related to OAT functionality. A glossary of commonly used terms is also included. CCISs should direct providers to this simulation to demonstrate to providers the ease and flexibility available with OAT. Tip Sheet: Processing Online Attendance Invoices 1Use for questions and concerns related specifically to processing OAT invoices. Make it a priority to become familiar and comfortable with provider processes in order to address provider concerns and questions.
