3 Rules and Procedures 1.W-9 Forms – required from all Referees 2.Pass cards – must be checked at each match 3.Rosters – must be checked and copies sent to the Treasurer 4.Player Substitution On Throw In– if both teams have players at the halfway line, then they all can be subbed. If the defending team only has subs at the halfway line then the defending team may not sub.

4 Goal Safety 1.Goals MUST be securely anchored or do not referee the match.
