9. 2010 Plan of Action I. Strict implementation of Start on Time for Safe Transitions, Tardy Reduction, and Increase Attendance in Middle and High Schools. (Attachment A) II. Attendance personnel will be trained periodically throughout the school year on the TEA Student Attendance Accounting Handbook (i.e., updates, reports, PEIMS coding, software changes, etc.) to ensure a deep understanding of implementation, duties and responsibilities. III. Implement District Wide Attendance Reporting/Accounting procedures to include delineation of responsibilities. Desktop audits will be conducted by Central Office Staff.
