3 You Already Know…… Acne is a skin condition that occurs due to the overproduction of oil. The oil that normally lubricates the skin gets trapped in blocked oil ducts producing pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads on the surface of skin. Acne can appear on different parts of the body.

It is mostly people of the West Indian culture that use home remedies to cure multiple conditions. 16 Other Home Remedies Vodka for Foot odor I poured some onto a washcloth and wiped my brother’s feet. It’s the same principle as rubbing alcohol. Vodka is alcohol, which is antiseptic. It destroys odor-causing fungus and bacteria and dries out the moisture that lets these organisms grow.

17 Other Home Remedies cont. Acupuncture also works on headaches. Tiny needles are inserted into specific points of the body; this can reduce muscle tension and encourages the release of painkilling endorphins. I also had acupuncture done on my knees because experienced pain from ballet dancing.
