2 Mr. Jones Was his animals starve. He whips them for no reason. He still did something good like mix milk in the animals mash. Czar Nicholas II Was a poor leader he was cruel sometimes with his opponents. Was nice at sometimes he hired spies to make money.

4 Animalism No owners, no rich, at no poor. Workers get a better life and all animals equal. Everyone owns the farm. Communism same all people equal Gov’t owned people own gov’t

7 Squealer big mouth talks a lot Convinces animals to believe and follow napoleon Propaganda department of lenin’s govt worked for stalin to support his image used many lies to convince people

8 The dogs A private army that used fear to force animals to work Killed an opponent of napoleon Kgb secret police Not really police but forced to support for stalin Often killed whole families

9 Moses the Raven Tells animals about sugar Candy Mountain Animals can go there if they work hard Religion Made people not complain Religion was tolerated because people would work

10 Mollie Was vain loved her beauty Didn’t think about the animal farm Vain selfish people in Russia Some people didn’t care about the revolution Went to other countries

11 Boxer Strong hard working horse believes in animal farm Napoleon is always right must work harder Gives his all Dedicated but tricked communist supporters People beloved stalin because he was communist Many people stayed loyal Betrayed by stalin who ignored and killed them.

12 Benjamin Old wise donkey who is suspicious of revolution Thinks nothing ever changes Skeptical people in Russia as and outside Russia Weren't sure if revolution would change anything Knew the communism wouldn't work with people.
