8. Step 1: Start PADS Professional Designer To start the Designer application double-click the PADS Professional Designer icon on the Windows desktop. How does it work? 1 2 3 4 5 6

9. Step 2: Design your presentation You can start designing a complete new presentation or open and modify an existing presentation. A large set of features enables you to build flexible, appealing presentations. How does it work? 1 2 3 4 5 6

10. Step 3: Save your presentation When you are finished with your design activities, save your presentation. Afterwards select Exit from the File menu to close the Designer application. How does it work? 1 2 3 4 5 6

11. Step 4: Start PADS Professional Manager To start the Manager application double-click the PADS Professional Manager icon on the Windows desktop. How does it work? 1 2 3 4 5 6

12. Step 5: Schedule your presentation To schedule the presentation you have designed start the PADS Schedule wizard and follow the instructions. Presentations can be scheduled for groups or individual displays for any possible period. How does it work? 1 2 3 4 5 6

13. Step 6: PADS Viewer plays your presentation The PADS Professional Viewer application connects to PADS Server. It retrieves the scheduled presentation, related real-time data and other content and merges everything together. The presentation will automatically play during the scheduled period.
