6 Financing T-E-A-C-H ActivityProjectIncentive Teacher Support Engaging volunteer- teachers for supplemental teaching in schools honorarium of Rs. 200/- per day RILM pays Rs. 100/- per volunteer per day (50% assistance) E-learning Provision of software & hardware for e-learning centres in schools @ Rs. 30,000/- to Rs 40,000/- per centre RILM pays Rs. 10,000/-

7 Financing T-E-A-C-H ActivityProjectIncentive Adult Literacy Engaging Volunteer Teachers to conduct literacy classes- honorarium @Rs. 250/- per adult examined and certified as literate Printing and supply of primers to adult learners: Rs. 40/- per primer RILM pays Rs. 250/- per adult learner as literate (100% assistance) RILM pays Rs. 40/- per primer if the number of primers is 100 or more ( 100% assistance)

8 Financing T-E-A-C-H ActivityProjectIncentive Happy School Providing at least five of the eight mandated facilities to a selected school to make it a Happy School – cost norm of Rs. 5 lakh per school RILM pays 50% of project cost, subject to maximum of Rs. 2.5 lakhs (50% assistance) Child Development Bringing out-of-school children back to school – cost @ Rs. 2100/- per child per year N.A.

9 Who Can fill in a Grant Application?  Club President  Primary Contact Primary Contact can be ‘Primary Contact’ (PC) is a member of the applicant Rotary Club so designated by the CP for the purpose of filling in the grant application and who has to be contacted for clarification by DG, DLCC, National Program Committee Chairs or Members and RILM Office. CP, CLCC or Club Secretary can him/herself be the PC.

13 How do you finally get Grants?  Upload Projects through the Project Upload upon completion section of the Grant Application Form  Upload the requisite pictures, certificates, vouchers asked for in this segment  Grants will be then released as re-imbursement to the applicant Club
