CONCLUSION Adopting natural gas is manageable - requires learning Dual fuel is flexible, but dedicated natural gas engines yield higher savings Field gas is preferred where available, but consistency and supply stability trump gas cost savings. For dedicated natural gas engines, turbines have tested well, but spark ignited engines are plug & play. Load banks will be required in many cases. Strong conversion economics are needed to justify transition challenges 8
