3 3 User unable to connect to an account. If the user is able to connect to other accounts but unable to connect to a particular one after switching to it in the host selector there is a chance the settings are not correct. Make sure the IP Addresses are correct for the account that is showing in the host selector.

Once the upgrade is complete and if the problem is fix make sure and save the account back to the host selector. For versions older than 7 you will need to create a new entry in the host selector refer to page 8. Also make sure to delete the old account by referring to page 9 For versions newer than 7 just open the host selector and click Update Current.

7 7 Host Selector Crashing This step applies to Host selector version older than 7.0. 8 8 Saving to the Host Selector Open the Host Selector and select Add New Site. Open the Host Selector and select Add New Site.
