2  Working with a “Portfolio” was interesting, it was a little bit hard for me initially, because I needed to choose activities that we have done through out the year. This activites were not done with the use of the net. So, our teacher suggested us to select the theme we liked most, and include in it some grammar points. It was cool!

4  He is responsible for everything that happens in the kitchen. He monitors employees, prepare letters, work together with the manager of the restaurant for the purchase of products and logistics, teaching new members and health care issues.

5  He prepares and controls the cooking of the dishes in a station. Something like a team keeper. They are also the junior and apprentice chef, young talents who are just taking their first steps, absorbing skills and knowledge of the kitchen watching their peers.

10 Give your opinion and make comparisons This exercise was: Also difficult, uhhh! 1. From my point of view, cooking dishes is more interesting than doing the washing up. 2. I think that, preparing different sauces is more difficult than washing the cutlery. The end………

11 Choose a profession and re write the chossing paragraph using sequences (first, then, next, finally) This exercise was: Difficult too! First, the dishwasher cleans the dishes and cutler. Then, he dries the dishes and cutler with a cloth. Next, he puts the them in their place and finally, the work is done!
