10 10 citizens and planners needs A brief reaction on the questionnaires: l frame for respondents l selection of respondents l translation and local differences defining key concepts l questions (answers according to social desirability, motivation and backgrounds, specification, questions about alternative tools) l control questions as check-up of understanding

11 11 revision/consolidation of local partnerships Particular attention is drawn to questions of: l Involvement of umbrella organisations, l Involvement of municipal and regional authorities, l Continuous involvement of citizens, l Non-organised inhabitants and different ethnic groups (different language groups also), l Changes of the planning team in different phases of case development.
