2 Combination Lock Each year we reprogram the security locks. Contact MTSS for the current security combination. There are 4 rollers located on the bottom of the lock that are numbered 0-9. Line up the combination code……… ……then push the shackle straight down to get the lock to release.

8 Switcher Panel Switcher Panel This panel found inside of the podium allows multiple devices, both internal and external, to be plugged into one control box, which then communicates with the lcd projector via a single cable. As the name suggests, all you have to do is ‘switch’ between formats. The top row of buttons, marked “VGA”, gives you computer display options. 12 Audio Control Audio Control The audio controls are located on the far right of the switcher panel. Select either “computer” or “video”, then use the “VOLUME” knob to adjust sound levels.

13 Audio Controls Make sure that the amplifier is powered on, then adjust volume levels for either video playback (VID) or for computer- based audio files (IBM).

14 371 Willard: Tech Room/Video Conference Facility Room 371 Willard is designed primarily to be a video conference room. However, it can also be used as a basic technology classroom. It comes equipped with a Dell and a MAC computer, two ceiling mounted lcd projectors, and a vcr/dvd combination player. For tech room purposes, you will need to use the projector and screen that are closest to the podium. (the other projector and screen are for displaying the ‘far end’ of a two-way video conference). Screen controls are located on the wall directly behind the podium.
