Yukon leads development of project proposal in partnership with Ultimate Recipient 2-12 weeks Submission for review and recommendation by Oversight Committee 4-6 weeks Approval from Yukon 3-4 weeks * Approval from Canada 4-8 weeks * Total Estimated SCF Approval Process4-7 months

8 New BCF Status – NRP Fund PhaseEstimated Timeframe Yukon identifies upcoming priority project (or bundle of projects) from Building Yukon Infrastructure Plan Ongoing throughout the ten years of the fund Scoping of project parameters and development of Initial Review application to Canada 8-12 weeks Initial Review application review by Canada (this approval will signal that Yukon can proceed to a Business Case) 2-4 weeks* Preliminary design12 weeks Development of a Business Case – requires project design with identification of all components, maps, diagrams, location, phases, timelines including procurement, confirmation of compliance with regulatory requirements, demonstration of benefits, oversight structure for project management and ownership, risk assessment/mitigation and financial information 2-8 months Canada & Yukon Government approval of Business Case3-6 months* Total Estimated NRP Approval Process10½-21 months
