1. Composition of the basic units of complexes - ASN module (depending on modification ASN): 1. A loading arm with various types of tips; 2. 3. Controlled valve designed:  For remote (with help of central block of control),  Or local (with help of buttons) step regulation  partly or full open (closed) pass section of pipeline in order to provide safety technology of tank truck and rail car loading with non-aggressive oil products, viscosity from 0,55 up to 60 mm2/s with working pressure 0,6 МPа.

4. Gangways ledder ensure a safe access to a filling neck of tank truck and rail car and also protect the operator from falling, using system of a handrail-protections. Transmitters of working position of a gangway can be in a delivery package. All rubbing parts of a gangway are executed from spark-safe materials (copper, stainless steel A).

5. Pump modules with various types of pumps (depending on requirements of the customer) are applied to security of feeding of a product on bulk installations. Modules are made in the form of separate blocks on own basic frame that allows to establish it not only is direct close ASN, but also in a pump station where there is no influence of an atmospheric precipitation.

6. Measuring modules for complexes of type АSN at customer requirements can be executed for the dosed out delivery of a product in terms of volume, and also in mass units. In execution ASN volume flowmeters of type PPV-100 are applied to the dosed out delivery of a product in terms of volume or others by customer order.

7. Arms loading folding are intended for top loading of oil products into tank trucks with security of product loading under layer. Arms loading folding are executed in the form of the hinge-jointed construction with security of a service range of the tanks up to 6 m. Efforts on moving of arm is not exceed 100 N (10 kgs). The air valve in the uppermost point of arm loading ensures fast and full unloading of hinge pipeline from oil product rests.

8. Tips are made of a material eliminating spark-formation at impacts with a copper of the tank. Tips are equipped with level sensor of loading, sensor of working position, the button of stop of loading, removal drip pen. Tips for closed loading are equipped with the union for installation of taking vapour aside hose.
