41 Discussion Questions What information from Al Matyasovsky’s presentation surprised you? When you have a question about sorting your recyclables, where will you go to seek answers? Recycling keeps valuable materials out of the landfill, but a more important step is to reduce waste overall. What steps can you take to reduce waste? With the additional bins added to our waste sorting stations, Penn Staters at the UP campus can divert 85% of our waste from the landfill. What will it take to reach that goal?
