iSec Next Generation Physical Security System

Physical Security Systems Achilles Heel: False Alarms – Disruptions & incurred costs are prohibitive Present Industry Solution – 24/7 manned control rooms, < 5% of the market, & –“Record Only”, no real time capability (Target Market) The Need: Provide a Real Time capability –Safety, an alert for on site personnel –Guidance, threat avoidance & lockdown –Minimize collateral damage, fire & breakage –And a Direct threat response, (the least important)

iSec Opportunity Business plan, Phase I, II, & III Immediate, retro-fit market (Phase I) –Licensing: a Non-disruptive strategy –Our sales force: > 1,000 existing Security providers –Existing application market size: 5 to 20 million units Advanced technology, (Phase II) –Wireless, embedded micro-chip, Infrared Imaging –New functions produces new markets, 3X Integrated total security (Phase III) –Cybernetics, Personnel, & HarmAlarm

Retro-fit Market Camera A (existing) Camera B (new) Central Processor & Recorder 2D Image Processing both cameras 3 D Algorithms Site Harmonization Threat criteria Alert declaration Surveillance Site Responder Handset LAN IP Video Wireles s

iSec: The Future HarmAlarm (US Patent 7,738,008) functions are partitioned between the cameras & responder/owner handset. IR Cameras assembly includes: –GPS receiver, Magnetic compass, 2D Image processor, Target Image (cropped from scene, updated once per second frame rate), LAN wireless, and power source (external, battery, and/or solar). Responder/owner handset includes: –3D algorithm processor, Threat criteria & threat alert, Scene harmonization, (site set up), Real time threat engagement applications, Target real time image, responder centered coordinates (direction and distance to target). Site Alert Handsets are configured to receive: –Threat Alert, real time threat image, Threat avoidance real time guidance, Facility lock down instructions, safety instructions (avoidance, evacuation, and hide), location information for response team.

Business Plan iSec Consortium –Venture Capital Firm –Infrared & Visual Camera OEMs Camera Modifications and additions –Wireless Network Provider –iSec Smart phone, host 3D algorithms Additional Smart phones, Alert, Safety & Threat Avoidance –First Responder Service, Enforcement Team Exit Plan –Acquisitions/Buyout/IPO (combinations there of)
