6  Biennial Reports to the Governor on the Status of Early Childhood  Status of various early childhood services in the state  Recommendations across the various early childhood arenas

8  ECICC already existed in State Statute  ECCS approached ECICC about being advisory body for strategic plan  Advisory body since inception in 2003  In 2009 created different organizational structure-Chartered Early Childhood Systems Team

10  Cross-team representation  TFKF work groups all have ECICC members  Examples of shared leadership: -Data Coalition -Social-Emotional supports for children -Early Childhood Systems Team -Transportation Task Force
