18  Everyone feels angry or annoyed sometimes.  My mum get annoyed when the family doesn't do what she wants them to do I know when my mum is cross is because she shouts a lot and her face changes When my friend gets angry he throws his weight around.

19  In class I get up walk out and slam the door.  I t doesn’t make me feel better.  I could walk out the door and don ‘t slam it and go somewhere quiet like D1

21 Things I Can Do To Help Myself Feel better!

22 Show an adult my GREEN CARD Then I can go to D1 and have 10 mins time out. The teacher will know I am feeling very stressed and I won’t get into trouble.
