They can also open their nostrils so sand does not get in their nose.
Their humps are for storing fat in ,and can help people sit on them.

They have thick fur and an under wool so they can be warm when its cold and insolation when its hot.
They also have thick leathery patches on their knees so they don’t ge t burned while they are laying in the sand.
