2 2 POST-COIN TOSS INFORMATION CHAMPIONSALL-STARS A B x x All-Stars won the coin toss and elected to receive. Champions chose to be on the left side of the court. Record Champions on the left side of the scoresheet, put an X on the and A in the circle. Record All-Stars on the right side of the scoresheet, put an X on the and B in the circle. Mark an X in the first round serving box for All-Stars position I, since this player will rotate out of the serving position. Champions will be Team A and All-Stars will be Team B for the rest of the match.

It is not necessary to circle the first server. Position the numbers to left of the top line to leave room for multiple substitutions. Record the Libero’s number for each team. 7 3

The number in the upper right corner of the service round box is check, at the time of the first serve, to verify the correct player is serving. Champions player #1 services four points, then serves out. The exit score is that team’s score when that player stops serving.  7 3 

Champions sub #3 for #1 and designate #5 as the new captain In the No of Player section, slash out departing player’s number and record substitutes number. Record the Score at Change, team taking sub on top. Slash next number to record total team Substitutions c 7 3

6 6 CHAMPIONS ALL-STARS AB x 1c c 23 92c :04 4 x  RECORDING AN IMPROPER REQUEST Champions coach requests another substitution before the game has resumed In the Sanctions section record: - In the IR column, slash the IR in the next available row. - The team A or B - Set - Score at the time of the improper request, violating team first. A

7 7 7 3 CHAMPIONS ALL-STARS A B x 1c c 23 92c :04 4 x  RECORDING A WRONG SERVER All-Stars #9 serves in the wrong order, #15 should have served. 1 Scorekeeper alerts the R2 when the wrong server contacts the ball. Record All-Stars exit score, slash a point for Champions. Do not check the Service Round box number, since #15 (the correct server) did not server. Change for Nothing is recorded in the Sanctions section

8 8 RECORDING A TIME-OUT CHAMPIONS ALL-STARS A B x 1c c 23 92c :04 4 x  / The All-Stars coach requests a time-out. 1 5 In the Time Outs section, record the score at the time of the time-out. The score for the team taking the time-out is recorded first. 7 3

9 9 RECORDING A TEAM DELAY WARNING All-Stars do not return to the court at the end of the time-out and are issued a Team Delay Warning. A In the Sanctions section record: - In the W column, slash the D - The team A or B - Set - Score at the time of the warning, violating team first. B 1 1 5

10 10 CHAMPIONS ALL-STARS A B x 1c c 23 92c :04 4 x  RECORDING A TEAM DELAY PENALTY After being issued the Team Delay Warning, All-Stars do not return to the court and are issued a Team Delay Penalty. 1 In the Sanctions section record: - In the P column, record a D. - The team A or B - Set - Score at the time of the penalty, violating team first. Slash a point for the opposing team. Also circle the point to indicate it was earned by a penalty. A B B D

11 11 CHAMPIONS ALL-STARS A B x 1c c 23 92c :04 4 x  RECORDING AN INDIVIDUAL PENALTY The captain for All-Stars makes a rude comment to the official and is issued a Yellow Card. 1 In the Sanctions section record: - In the P column, record a 2. - The team A or B - Set - Score at the time of the penalty, violating team first. Slash a point for the opposing team. Circle the point to indicate it was earned by a penalty. A B D B

12 12 CHAMPIONS ALL-STARS A B x 1c c 23 92c :04 4 x  RECORDING END OF GAME INFORMATION All-Stars #6 is serving with a score of 11 to 24 and serves out. 1 Record All-Stars final exit score 11 and Champions point 25. Using a pen, record the following: - Game End time - Circle the final exit scores - Hourglass out the unused points in the Points column - Winning and losing teams and scores in the Results section - Check over the score sheet and sign your name in the Officials section If require by your Region or the tournament, ask the 1 st Referee to sign the score sheet. 15 RECORDING INFORMATION AT THE SWITCH CHAMPIONS ALL-STARS AB 2c Slash point 8 for Champions in their Points column. As the teams switch sides, record: A 6 in the Points at Chg circle. At the far right repeat the last score of All-Stars #9 and enter an X instead of a check in the Service Round box. Champions #5 will continue to serve on the left side.
