3 3 A1 Ballpark maintenance storage room addition (+1,200 SF). THE SCHWAN REGIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS CENTER ARENA “ADD” ALTERNATES – Additional Funding ($277,000) C1 Waterline to hotel/restaurant sites (will allow itemizing for billing/special assessment – paid for up front by utility funds).

4 4 A3 GCMU wall finish at public areas in lieu of painted CMU. A7 End bleachers at rink 1. THE SCHWAN REGIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS CENTER ARENA “ADD” ALTERNATES – Added Value ($115,000) R2 subsurface heating system equipment at Rink 1 (Rough in only base bid). E1 video raceway and cabling at goals. E2 Sound system speakers at Rink 1 end seating.

(1/2 scope) A6a.1 Thin brick (red only) face brick in lieu of exposed aggregated integrated color precast finish. West portion of building. LS1 – Integral colored/stamped concrete (stamp provided by owner). E3 - LED lighting at interior of arena building (LED lighting base bid for parking lot lighting) ARENA “ADD” ALTERNATES – Energy Rebate availability ($228,000)
