6 Available information on a company depends on whether it is public or private. Definitions of public company: A company that is listed on the Stock Exchange. 17 Lexis Nexis Click on the Multidisciplinary Collection link on the electronic resources screen, then Newspapers in the menu that appears.

21 Type the name of the company in the search box on the next screen, select a date range or leave it as it is, and submit the search.
