5  Departmentalized Primary and Intermediate  Mixed-age classrooms throughout the building  Time is truly the variable, and learning is the constant at Hodgkins  Discipline referrals are down by 59% from 2009- 2010.  Parent Involvement is significantly increased! ◦ Weekly Newsletter, website, ROTO call, Parent Coffees, Volunteer Committee, Monthly parent nights, classes
