3 ORDER OF THE ARROW ECHOCKOTEE LODGE NORTH FLORIDA COUNCIL #87 BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA 3 Commitment to Outdoor Program Long-term campers: increased by 5% –Summer Camp attendance up at Camp Bunn 16 active OA members on Camp Staff How the Lodge promoted Camp Bunn: –Hosted a Scoutmasters Dinner in February with 20 council-wide troops in attendance –The OA also promoted Camp Bunn at the Klondike Derby and First Aid Meet 5% increase in long- term campers 16 Camp Bunn Staff members from OA OA members also at Cub Scout Day Camp and Resident Camp Taped New Camp Bunn Video- debuting at Scoutmasters Dinner in February Order of the Arrow Illinek Lodge Abraham Lincoln Council Boy Scouts of America

4 ORDER OF THE ARROW ECHOCKOTEE LODGE NORTH FLORIDA COUNCIL #87 BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA 4 Dedicated Service 2,682 hours of service –7.0 hours per Arrowmen Summer Camp activities –Ice cream social, family night services 3 service projects performed to support Camp Illinek and Camp Bunn –81 new Arrowmen –985 service hours –Projects included: preparing Camp Bunn for summer camp, clearing brush at Camp Illinek, and staining benches 2,682 hours of Service Camps Ordeals Workdays Council Community Order of the Arrow Illinek Lodge Abraham Lincoln Council Boy Scouts of America

Illinek Lodge achieved Quality Lodge for the first time in 2 years Strengths (annually)- –Service, newsletters, Webelos transition, ceremonies (first place at Conclave!) Improvement shown- –Brotherhood conversions, promoting camp Opportunities (a.k.a. weaknesses)- –Troop representative program Order of the Arrow Illinek Lodge Abraham Lincoln Council Boy Scouts of America
