4 Professional Development Unit nurses chose activities e.g. o taking courses o creating educational tool for children o shadowing nurses o planning education day

5 Practice & Academia Locally: 15 nurses (RN’s & LPN’s) worked with Marion to develop their Learning Plans (LP) Ongoing adaptation of learning plans
