Pre-listing Inspection Unique Guarantee If the seller follows our guidelines and requirements we guarantee the buyer’s inspector will not find anything new that the seller will be required to repair. If that happens Star Home Inspections will pay 50% of the seller’s cost of repairs up to $1000. Both seller and Star Home Inspection Services will have a cost of $500 each.

These leads are also emailed to the agent and the ID determines the source of the lead. Was it generated by the yard sign or advertisement? 48. Home Warranty As an option, we also make available to the seller a 120-day Home Warranty that can be transferred to the buyer. This warranty is provided at no additional cost to the seller. We understand the agent can also sell a 1- year warranty to the seller so we always get the agent’s approval first before offering this with the pre-listing inspection.
