Methods and Assumptions  Took apart one of each fixture on a floor and documented the number and location of fixtures per floor  Looked at one of each type (i.e. patient rooms) of room to avoid disruption to patients and staff  Looked for potential savings with a payback period of about 5 years or less  Strictly based on energy savings only
