General Information: We are hereby releasing the process of doing Hard Reset for Android phones. 2. Issue: Sometimes ASC are not able to open the handset lock code or pattern lock in Android phones through software upgrade. An alternative method is to use Hard Reset. The procedure for doing Hard reset is also mentioned in the phones user manual. Note : Hard reset will delete all the user contents like Multimedia, contacts, SMS, applications etc. Customer has to be informed, before performing the hard reset. 3. Key combination for Hard Reset: GT540 When the phone turns on & the lock screen displays, press & Hold the keys Volume Up + Home + Search for five seconds & click OK when the pop up appears to reset your phone. P350 In off condition, Press & hold Power/ Lock Key + Send key + Down Volume Key for 10 seconds. Phone will turn ON & perform factory reset P500 In power off condition, Press & hold Power Key + Home Key + Down Volume Key at the same time for about 10 seconds. When the screen shows LG logo, release the power key When Hard Reset screen is displayed, release other keys. Select Yes to reset. You can select Yes/No with volume key operation.
