2 E-bay Membership First! There are a some things you need to know You will have to provide personal information You must give credit card information to activate your account Your Identity is protected You can cancel you membership at any time

3 Getting Started 1.Go to the E-bay website/homepage 2.Click on register Ok, so I want to register with E-bay, what do I do?

4 Fill Out The Forms 3.Fill out personal information form and create a user id and password 4.Read and agree to terms of use and your privacy Hey this Internet stuff is fun

5 Confirm Your Identity 5.Fill out credit card information to verify you are who you say you are Confirm my identity? Sounds like some kind of interrogation

6 Check Your E-mail 6.Go to your e-mail and check for a confirmation notice from E-bay Now I can shop online, yippy!

7 Ask Seller A Question The Procedure of Events For this process and like many online procedures there is more than one way to achieve the desired results. An E-bay member can sign-in first before asking a question An E-bay member while viewing an item can click on ask seller a question, which takes you to sign in A non E-bay member cannot ask sellers questions

8 Ask The Seller 1.An E-bay member while viewing an item can click on ask seller a question Why dont I just sign in first?

9 Signing In 2.Sign in with your password Sign in, sign in, sign in! I have way to many passwords to remember. Lets see, which one is it?

10 The Big Question 3.Enter your question 4.Select send a copy to my e-mail address 5.Click send Do I need to take notes? What if I forget?

11 Check Messages 6.Check your E-bay My Messages or check your e-mail inbox They said its just a friendly reminder. You know how Im always forgetting?
