2. Gen 2 IC LED Downlight - Overview
Updated design while maintaining performance and with some added benefits
Prepares us for potential Energy Star changes in 2011
All Gen 1 IC LED downlights will transition to Gen 2

This is an exciting time in our industry. A complete transformation is taking place from what we have known as the mainstay of our core recessed downlighting business.
Traditional incandescent light sources are being replaced by more efficient sources. The first step in this direction was with integral compact fluorescent lamps.
Recessed downlighting has now evolved again, stepping into a whole new arena with the introduction of more efficient packaged LEDs.
LEDs are certainly the buzz and are getting the lion share of the attention in the market.
The core Juno recessed downlight business is evolving with the industry and I am excited as I stand here today to introduce the new Juno Recessed LED Downlight product offering.
