SENIOR INFORMATION Graduation 3 rd Qtr. Eligibility Senior Trip
GRADUATION 2012 Friday, May 25, 2012 – 6:00 p.m. Courtyard of Enochs High School Six (6) Graduation Ceremony tickets will be available for each senior
CAP AND GOWN ORDERS Tuesday, November 15th 10:00 – 2:30 Wednesday, November 16th Lunch only All participants in the graduation ceremony must have a cap/gown.
CAP AND GOWN ORDERS Cap and Gown Package $36.50 plus tax and shipping Tassel/Stole only $18.95 Catalogs and Order forms will be in your government classes the week of 10/31/11.
Third Quarter Eligibility for Seniors : Two Unsatisfactory Citizenship Grades in the 3 rd Quarter will result in loss of privileges for the following activities: Graduation Ceremony Senior Trip Prom All Sports Teams and Campus Clubs All Student Extra-Curricular Activities
Reasons for Unsatisfactory Citizenship Grades : 1. *** Excessive Tardies (5 or more = UN) 2. *** Three or more Uncleared Absences 3. Failure to bring necessary materials to class. 4. Failure to regularly turn in assignments. 5. Failure to exercise proper care of school property. 6. Not doing your own work; cheating. 7. Not showing respect for others. 8. Disrupting class.
Additional Reasons for Ineligibility: 1. Outstanding debts (all debts must be paid before seniors may attend senior activities) 2. Suspensions for serious offences (drugs, alcohol, defiance, fighting, etc.) 3. A “Flagrant Violation” of the Conduct Code. 4. Seniors who are not “on track” to graduate will be disqualified from senior activities.
Grad Bash One last chance for the senior class to be together Begins at 10:00 pm on the night of graduation at EHS Ends at 5:30 am the following morning Lots of FOOD – dinner, snacks all night, (smoothies, coffee cart, taco truck, popcorn, cotton candy….) and breakfast Lots of ACTIVITIES – hypnotist, all night casino, music/dancing (DJ), karaoke, bingo, inflatable games, volleyball, movies…. Lots of PRIZES – Valley Sporting Goods, Chevys, Game Crazy and others. Cost - $35.00 ?????

Cost of Senior Trip - $288.00 Trip includes: ○ Transportation ○ Boxed lunch in Bakersfield ○ Hotel ○ Entrance to Disneyland and California Adventures ($15.00 food voucher) ○ Entrance to Grad Nite ○ Entrance to Universal Studios Hollywood
Payment Schedule Friday, December 2, 2011 $100.00 1 st payment due Thursday, February 9, 2012 $100.00 2 nd payment due Friday, March 9, 2012 $88.00 Final payment due NO REFUND REQUESTS accepted after March 9, 2012. Refund requests received before March 9 th are still not guaranteed. All payments are made in the SBO.

Room Sign-Up Procedure November-March 1. Payments will be accepted in the SBO Office. Final payment is due March 9, 2012. 2. Select the four people for your room. 3. Sign up for your room with Mrs. Sevick in the Career Center. -Each roommate must sign up in person for their room. -Only students who have paid in-full can sign-up -If a room is not full, we will select additional roommates -All roommates will be on the same bus. (10 rooms fit on one bus)
Bus Sign-Up Procedure Starting on March 12 th (after last payment due date) 1. Select a representative from your room. 2. Only your room representative (1 person) will sign up for the bus. 3. There will be 8 bus lists to choose from; chaperones will not be listed 4. Once your room has signed up for a bus, there will be NO changes. 5. Bus lists (with chaperones) will be available at the senior meeting in April.
Fundraising Opportunity January 17 – February 3, 2012 Candy Sale Hershey Variety Packs You may NOT sell candy on campus. King Size Bars - $2.00 each 1 Case (30 items) = $60.00 Profit = $34.00 per box Example: 5 boxes = $170, 8 boxes = $272 toward cost of trip
Fundraising Opportunity If you decide to sell candy, you must turn in your Candy Sale Contract no later than Friday, December 9, 2011. You may pick up your first case starting on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. You can only pick up one case at a time. After you sell your case, turn in your $60.00 to Mrs. Ashworth, in the SBO. (Only bills and checks accepted – NO COINS.)
Fundraising Opportunity After you turn in your money, you may pick up another case. You can sell as many cases as you want during the three week period. Partial cases cannot be returned – you must turn in the $60.00 for each case you pick up. Personal Checks – must be from an established bank account – no new accounts. Write you student name/ID # on the front of the check in the Memo section. Your Name/ID# Preprinted Address
