8 Ways the automobile changed the landscape of America  1. New communities sprang up along country roads (suburbs).  2. More people began traveling to work by car  3. Trucks were more commonly used (less dependant on railroads)  4. Increase in demand for related products

9 Assignment:  The year is 1927  Create a “skit”, song, rap, or one pg. paragraph trying to sell The Model T to the American public.  Use your textbook and outline for information and be sure to mention:  1. Cost2. Durability3. Maintenance  4. Any other facts (color, driven on most surfaces, etc.)
